Benefits of Stretching Hamstrings


Hamstrings stretch and strengthening play a very important role in almost all exercises. Sometimes people come to me and asked: “ we were working on hamstrings in class today but my lower back is feeling so much better now, why is that?”


Our body is like a team, different body parts function independently but they also help each other. However, if some part of your body doesn’t do their job well, the others might suffer...


Stretching and strengthening hamstrings helps to: -Increase the mobility of pelvis. -Reduce lower back pain. -Give better support of lower back and pelvis.


In class we practice together, we learn to use your body more wisely together!
